Binding Arbiration

All users of this website, and Railvan, LLC, in return for consideration deemed already tendered, agree to submit any disputes which cannot be settled between the parties to Binding Arbitration, under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, for purposes of settlement of any and all claims that may arise against Railvan, LLC by said users or others.  Binding Arbitration shall take place in the State of Virginia under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to waive their rights to trial in a court having jurisdiction in favor of Binding Arbiration.  Awards under binding arbitration shall not exceed $100.
